Basic Cardigan - almose Done !!!

Okay I have almost finished the cardigan, need to do the buttons and need to get some advice on what to do with the collar. the pattern calls for a hood but who i am doing it for don't want the hood. and the pattern that was given to me was a copy out of a book. here is a picture of it .

So there is the picture of the pattern .. with the hood , this pattern doesn't give me options for with or without the hood. The pattern at the bottom says " THE YARN GIRLS GUIDE TO KID KNITS". So here is the 90 % complete cardigan with out buttons .. what do you think ?? What should I do for the Collar ????

I just created this blogger with the Google account. So i have to start all over again with my knitting and crocheting . Hopefully soon I will be adding new things that I have made . I am currently working on 4 things ..

3. working on a free pattern from Caron Simply Soft - "Baby PompomHat" it's actually on the wrapper of the yarn "baby brites ombre"

4. a basic cardigan for one of the yarns shop's near by .. for a toddler ..

When i get a chance i will load my pictures of my progress .
